It was a very cold, winter night but the exciting creativity was warming up The Art Room during the Winter Open House on December 7th! Thank you to all who came out, explored The Art Room, made a creative wood-slice ornament for the holiday, enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies and just celebrated being creative! It was such a pleasure meeting new students and talking with parents. Everyone wanted to know how art lessons at The Art Room are special and what Ms. Weres (that's me!) offers. Art lessons here are unparalleled to that which is offered in schools or park districts. Students receive individualized instruction meeting their interests. Their own creative ideas are explored while learning new art mediums and techniques. Materials are high-quality, archival, and a wide variety is offered both 2D and 3D. It was great to talk with everyone about lessons at The Art Room! Congratulations to Neda for winning the Art Box Giveaway filled with amazing art supplies and a Free Art Lesson! There were hundreds of entries, so what a lucky girl! Thank you, also, to Conrad Weres of Something Blue Photography for capturing the night's creativity, excitement and fun!
